Shafik has been a top-producing agent since 1992. The Vancouver Real Estate Board has recognized his efforts frequently by presenting him with their Medallion Club award. RE/MAX has also presented him with awards every year since he joined RE/MAX in 1995. Prior to starting his real estate career, Shafik worked as an auditor for Revenue Canada.

A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Shafik earned a degree in Business Administration. He also has several years of post-graduate courses in Accounting and other financial courses. This experience gives him an edge with investors.

Shafik's hobbies include jogging, reading, and thinking of trying new hobbies!
